Top Toronto instructors are coming to Camp Fuel and creating new and different classes than you can get anywhere else. Everything from "Namaste In Bed Yoga" where you bring your sleeping bag to the dock and the instructor has you slowly roll your way out of bed and into a Yoga class. If you want to go with something more energetic "Hiit Hike" may be for you. It's a high intensity interval training class while you're on a hike. We're fusing methods, using nature and being as creative as we can.

Heading out on the water by yourself or with a few friends is a great way to explore. Take a look at the surrounding cottages, do some bird watching or get in a killer arm workout.
Stand up paddle boarding is one of our favourite activities. You're getting in an insane workout while having the most fun!
Maybe you want to take a break partway through the day? Great idea. Sit by the water, read a book or just listen to the water.
