At Camp Fuel we are excited to bring you some of the best instructors with various disciplines. Our instructors are curating some incredible classes specifically for Camp Fuel. We're going to have everything from Yoga classes to Bootcamp style classes, self improvement workshops and everything in between.  



Alicia is the founder of Camp fuel, a certified personal trainer (CanFitPro) and group fitness instructor. She's certified in the Lagree Method and Stott Pilates trained. 

Alicia loves being outdoors, swears by group fitness training and struggles with making friends in the city. She wanted to create an inclusive and fun weekend that married all three of those things together, which is how Camp Fuel came to be. Her mission is to have you leave camp feeling refuelled, uplifted and ready to take on the world.

She's so excited about all of the wonderful instructors that are coming out to support Camp Fuel.




Raia "Coach" Carey is a 3x certified Life Coach,  and a motivational speaker who is passionate about helping people tap into their hidden confidence. The topic of confidence is near and dear to her heart, as when she was younger she was bullied/ then became the bully- then changed her mentality and ultimately eliminated bullying in her private high school. Coach Carey's  The Confidence Talk has allowed her to work with some of the top companies in the world including but not limited to; RBC Royal Bank, LinkedIn, Tribal Scale, and Soho House. Coach Carey believes part of her success comes from her willingness to be vulnerable, by sharing her triumphs & tribulations. Including overcoming bullying & racism, as well as her journey of  losing over 300lbs, and how she was able to achieve maintain her own confidence. 




Cherry is the founder of Yoga In The Six, a music and dance inspired, fun and energetic style of yoga. Expect to have fun, sweat, and flow with some amazing hip hop beats! This style of yoga is great for everyone, there are no levels.

Cherry has trained in philosophy, anatomy, and techniques of yoga from teachers such as Sadi Nardidi, Colleen and Rodney Yee, Patrick Beach, Sean Corn, and Shakti Mhi.

Her highlights include teaching along side Elena Brower and Colleen and Rodney Yee in the Lolë White tour, and most recently presenting yoga and healthy lifestyle to Gucci Canada. She has also lead two yoga retreats, teaching both pilates and yoga for a group of 70 plus.

She is a certified Yoga, Pilates, and Thai Massage Therapist.

Luis has been in corporate sales and marketing roles for over 12 years in various industries, including retail, CPG and telecom. Now he’s an entrepreneur, founder and CFO (Chief Fun Officer) of FUNdamentals of Play. FUNdamentals of Play has a simple mission: to allow adults to return to play in order to become the best versions of themselves! He has studied positive psychology, practiced and performed improv for over 8 years and facilitated numerous public and corporate workshops. Luis is now obsessed with using play as a learning vehicle to maximize the potential for individuals and teams.

As a Certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher with a strong focus on everyday Mindfulness - Aliana uses her website and social media as a platform to share her progress & knowledge, while simultaneously working with clients on an individual or group basis to introduce, develop & guide sustainable Mindfulness practices for everyday life. Aliana offers many different avenues of Yoga & Meditation practice, as well as Mindfulness Consulting - to suit all levels, needs & schedules. 

The journey to self-discovery begins from within. To access our personal power and create change in our own lives, as well as society. 

Whatever your passion is, Aliana's dream is to build an all-encompassing community, created to inspire one another not only to discover and create our reality, but to connect, share and build unity.



The fitness industry has so much to offer but nothing beats a getaway that gets you moving! Sonely’s love for dance and fitness has kept her on her toes and she is looking forward to sharing her knowledge and meeting the crew. In her classes you can expect high energy, great music, and fun environment.

Sonely is a personal trainer & a group fitness instructor certified in: Schwinn indoor cycling, Zumba, the Lagree method and box-fit training. She has a unique ability to make you want to work harder to prove to yourself that you can do it.



Jay Agustin is the Founder of Wall St. Fitness, a wellness company dedicated to the executive and entrepreneurial crowd in Toronto. He specializes in 1 on 1 and small group training, specifically boxing and mobility training. Movement exploration has been one of Jay's passions and strengths from the beginning of his career & he believes that it is all in details when it comes to increasing your capacity in any training style.

 You can catch Jay at their Spadina and Camden location where he teaches his signature class, Box&Flow and even at Bolo House where he teaches a specialty 'Flow' class.



Chloe Bent is a Toronto based certified group fitness instructor and healthy eating for weight loss coach. Chloe has over 6 years’ experience inspiring people of all levels to demand more of themselves through fitness and personal development. Whether she’s hosting Sweat Escapes, her Caribbean fitness retreats or training a client in their home, Chloe dedicates her time and energy to inspire herself and others to realize their true potential by unleashing their inner athlete. She is passionate about educating audiences on a simple and sustainable approach to fitness, empowering them to live a sweaty balanced life, to eat well and to love their bodies!


Jan is a community addict. He is the creator of ASK DEEP QUESTIONS, which started out as a deck of cards to help his friends connect on a camping trip and is now being used to facilitate meaningful conversations through sharing personal stories on every continent.

Jan’s mission is to help people feel less lonely, so by creating experiences, workshops and programs he is fuelling the movement for deeper human connection.

Growing up as an only child he found his soul family at summer camp, in sports clubs and even politics. But when he moved from Germany to Canada in his twenties he had to re-create his community from scratch and learned that the fastest way to make deep connections is through meaningful conversations and experiences. 

Jan now lives in Toronto with his wife Natalia (aka Cookie), his son Mika and cat Gato and you can often find him hanging out with mis mastermind groups, attending community events, or camping up north.

Sara Buckingham is a Barre Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and the founder of BarreMoves Fitness, an upbeat dance and pilates inspired class. Sara has been dancing since the age of 5, and has trained in a wide variety of styles. She has completed 4 seasons training with Badass Babes Toronto, and has danced for artists such as Danny Fernandes. Today, she specializes in commercial dance, and dances professionally with the Toronto Argo's Cheerleading Team, while also training with Arch Academy under the professional guidance of Angela Mahoney and George Jones Jr. She is very passionate about teaching, and sharing her love for dance and fitness!

Additionally, Sara is Bumble Canada’s Toronto Market Lead, bringing fun events to Toronto with her crew of City Reps. She is also the co-founder of Amazed and Confused, a community connecting individuals finding their way, and are looking to build their tribe.



Amber is a certified fitness instructor specialist who teaches at Elle Fitness and Social, a boutique studio that's all about empowering women to live their healthiest lives. That's a mission Amber supports every day, spreading the message that strong comes in all shapes and sizes and that there really is nothing like working up a good sweat to boost your mood and confidence.

When she's not teaching, Amber can be found helping people communicate effectively (need help with proofreading? speech writing?), running through the city, spending time with her family and trying out new fitness classes. She's thrilled to be part of this year's Camp Fuel weekend – and can't wait to meet you!
